Date of Death Appraisal in Oxnard

While doing a Date of Death appraisal in Oxnard, I found a dog roaming the streets. The dog is now at the animal shelter in Camarillo. From what the realtor told me, the previous owner abandoned her.  She is now safe.  Hopefully, someone will adopt her. She was terrified. Unfortunately, I was unable to take her home with me.
